It looks like the fine folks over at Latin0-Review have got one of the biggest scoops of the year. According to their site, they know who the five members of the Justice League for their big screen adaptation will be.
- Superman
- Batman
- Wonder Woman
- Green Lantern
- The Flash
It seems there is also the possibility of one or two cameo appearances by a few other “Leaguers”. The most likely candidates for those two spots are Martian Manhunter and Aquaman with Martian Manhunter being the mostly likely to get a cameo. Off in left field, but still with a shot to appear is Hawkman.
Having only five members does make sense, since this will pretty much be an origin story not only for the league, but most likely for some of the members. Add that to the fact that their will most likely be some sort of romantic entanglement, the plot, and then throw in Darkseid’s plans and you have a movie on the verge of breaking 3 hours. If any other members were included it would be tough to fit them all in.
